Transforming the Next Generation Initiative (TNGI) works with visionary individuals and partners to advance educational empowerment and youth leadership. We reach out to youth in schools, institutions, towns, villages, and churches, organizing life-transforming seminars and providing scholarships to access dignified, meaningful, and fulfilling opportunities.
Through our strategic initiatives—including the Graduating Student Conference [GSC], the Youth Mentorship and Leadership Academy [YMLA] - For School leavers, Undergraduates and Graduates, Students Mentorship and Discipleship Program [SMDP] - For Secondary Schools Students Only, and our Scholarship packages—we aim to enable thousands of young people across Nigeria to access quality education and fulfilling career paths. We support students from post-secondary transitions straight into meaningful livelihoods.

Official lifelong community connecting graduates of SMDP, YMLA, and TPI across state, zonal, and international chapters for continuous mentorship and community transformation.
Faith-driven social enterprise undertaking commercial agriculture, real estate, publishing, and IT solutions to generate sustainable self-funding for TNGI's zero-naira programs.
Leveraging YouTube, podcasting, traditional book publishing, and media capacity training to equip young content creators with ethical, transformational storytelling skills.
